Add 2 ounces to bath water or in foot soaks, rinse thoroughly after every use. Use this container to refill your spray bottle (sold separately) and spray 4-5 times on skin and massage the area. After a while, you may see a slight white residue forming on the areas where you have applied the spray. It is from the salt that has stayed behind on the skin and can be wiped or washed off. Add 2 ounces to your bath or foot soak and immerse for 20-30 minutes. It can also be used as a deodorant.WARNING:

Need the larger size!
Was tested by a therapist and told my body needs Magnesium, but on the outside, not in supplement form! Used the smaller size for awhile and it worked so well that I moved up to the larger size! I use it in baths with other oils depending on what my body needs! I love it but be careful mixing with other solids
I didn't realize magnesium oil wasn't really oil.... it is water based and when I made some of my CBD topical products the magnesium oil did not mix and bubbled my products so I had to go back thru all of them and press out the water. I am not sure this is Piping Rocks fault but just beware. it's much better used alone, spray on your feet at night and sleep like a BABY.
