Great cost to benefit ratio

I workout and attempt to eat fairly healthy. With all of that I do end up with what seems to be a decent amount of water weight rather than just fat. I started using a a diuretic that seemed to be alright but nothing spectacular. I came across the Dandelion Root and thought that this would be even better because it's natural. I've used other diuretics that are made of various chemicals and compounds, and many of these have resulted in discomfort and other problems. I would use the other diuretic at the rate of 1 pill 2 times a day as recommended. The Dandelion root suggests 2 pills up to 3 times a day. I initially did the 2 pills 2 times a day, and I think the results were a little better than the other diuretic 1 pill 2 times a day. I went ahead and recently increased the Dandelion root to the 3 pills 2 times a day. Now we're cooking. It seems like I'm sweating a lot more during my workouts and I'm getting a lot more water out when I use the bathroom. I've also noticed that my weight has dropped in that I went from being at 180-185 pretty steadily to being at a steady 175 or lower. Sunday is the only day I don't exercise at all, and it's also the day that I don't stick to my normal dietary and supplement regiment. The Dandelion root is the one supplement that I still use on Sundays though because of the noticeable benefit of it getting the excess water out. The nice thing is that even though I have to consume more of the pills compared to the other diuretic, it's still way more cost efficient per dosage to use the Dandelion root. An herbal supplement that can take off that awful water retention is finally inside my hands! I find I need to take it two times a day in order for this to work successfully.
