Directions:

Place a pea size amount on your toothbrush. Softly brush teeth for one minute. Spit out toothpaste and then rinse with water.

For adults and supervised children 2+ years of age.

I have extremely sensitive teeth and gums and this toothepaste is probably the best thing I've come across. I've tried countless other organic type pastes and they just don't feel right.
